Sleeping comfortably with FormFit™
After you order, we email you a secure scan link. Using your smartphone, you record a short 15–20 second video of your face. Our team uses that scan to manufacture a mask molded precisely to your facial profile.
For the most accurate scan and the best seal, we recommend being clean-shaven when you record your fitting video. Facial hair can affect both the scan and how any CPAP mask seals.
Yes. FormFit™ connects to any standard 22mm CPAP, BiPAP, or APAP system, so you can keep the machine you already use.
With proper care — hand-washing with water and air-drying away from sunlight — a FormFit™ mask is designed to last 6 to 9 months. We save your facial mold so reordering is effortless.
FormFit™ may be eligible for coverage depending on your provider and plan. Many customers are able to claim it — check directly with your insurer for details.
